You can add cinnamon and raisins or
whatever if you'd like. We like it just this way. Leftovers are even better.
Grease a 9x13 (or thereabout)
baking dish. Set aside.
Mix together in a large bowl:
2 cups of regular milk
1 cup of sugar
4 eggs
Add :
5 stuffed cups of dry, torn bread pieces. Use the
crust too. I just let it sit out for a few hours first.
5 Tablespoon of melted butter
1 Teaspoon of vanilla
Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
